Unfortunately, my experience was negatively impacted by customer service. While casually answering a question about my hair and mentioning I use Brazilian products, a front desk staff member and another hairstylist spoke negatively about them in a way that made me feel uncomfortable. I was excited to return after a great experience at another location, and decided to try this one which is closer to my home but this interaction was disappointing.

It’s not supposed to be darker, it’s supposed to be a vibrant copper. The color is just awful & I’m stuck with it for 8 weeks. She was so unprofessional. Thank goodness for the manager stepping in who handled the situation perfectly.
