If it is your first time, they provide a tour through the very clean & well set up rooms, The bar area was a nice touch. I tried a Mohawk-Mullet style haircut for the first time and Austin was my barber. Austin is very personable and provided helpful visual photos of the hairstyle while providing me with updates as the haircut went on to ensure I liked it and the steps he was taking to get the hair to the desired style, there were no issues and I love how my haircut came out. This is truly a great customer experience and I will be coming here for my haircuts going forward!
