Vanessa listened and cut and styled my hair and I love it! Vanessa was so patient with me - I was late for my appointment for one thing! Vanessa created an atmosphere of relaxation and, in this world, I really appreciated the overall experience. I will be coming back because of Vanessa. Thank you!
- BMBeth MacielJan 4, 20262.0I brought my family member and yes I was running 12 minutes late they took the person that was a walk-in during our scheduled appointment time that was supposed to be for 30 or 45 minutes slot and then we were required to wait 1 hour to get a cut and blow dry and wash, it was for a short style ,we come in monthly, it wasn't anything complex, The stylists are good but unfortunately there is no real reception area and the stylist we usually get was very standoffish maybe she was just having a bad day but I think I am going to look around at other locations just to have a better vibe. The stylists that were on today all seemed aggravated even with each other lol we had to wait ten minutes to check out .

The stylist started blowing it out so she thought it was just for a minute so it wouldn't be too wet to leave. She blew it dry and we thought it would be maybe $10-15. We were charged $73 total - $31 for the cut (fine) and $42 for the "deluxe blowdry." We were talking when we paid and didn't realize it (our fault). We called a few minutes after we left and the gal who answered said the stylist should have quoted it first. It was definitely not a deluxe blowdry. We were definitely overcharged and will be reporting them to their corporate team!
