  I had a my hair cut and colored by Kelly who was so wonderful. She is very competent and has years of experience. She matched the color I needed perfectly and her hair cutting skills were excellent. Kelly was also very personable and so nice to talk with. It was a great experience and I would recommend this location, the other stylist- who were very nice, and Kelly again.

  Kelly was ABSOLUTELY amazing! She made my experience 10x better. I’ve been there several times over the past year or two and haven’t “loved” my cut. It was “okay”. But Kelly did FANTASTIC and she had me laughing the entire time!! She made me feel so comfortable and listened to everything I said!! I love her and she definitely gained a new customer:) thank you Kelly. Keep being you!

  I called at the last minute and was able to get in within half an hour. Joan did my hair and she was fabulous. This was only my second cut, and we are working together to refine it. She really listens to me, we discuss what I think I want, she gives me pros and cons, we discuss the solution, and she Incorporates it.

  I needed to have my roots done so I decided to change my hair color to a strawberry blonde. I made my appointment online for a balayage. Upon arrival I learned I couldn't get it because I have bleach on my hair. There were 3 stylists discussing how to achieve it, they decided to paint with foil making a subtle change which I was ok with I was nervous about not liking it anyway and besides I didn't care about the process as long as we got there. I even took a photo showing the color I was going for. I wanted my whole head to be this color. I spent 3 hours in the chair $184.00 for services plus a $30 tip. At the time when I left (because of the way my hair had been "combed" not styled) I had no idea that my roots hadn't been done & the color is so subtle I can't tell anything was even done at all. I swear I don't see ANY color in my hair besides the blonde (& roots) I already had!!! Like I seriously can't see anything she supposedly did color wise my hair looks absolutely NO different than it did before going in!! I didn't call and discuss this with them because I know I'm not getting my money back and no way would I trust them to "fix" it, they didn't get it right the first time and besides it's like complaining about food.. once you do, do you really trust that they will do the right thing? I would have been better off giving my money to some stranger on the street at least I would feel good about it. First photo is the picture I took as reference for the color I wanted, the second picture was taken in the parking lot immediately after leaving and the other photos were taken yesterday. I had this done 6 days ago!! I am so upset with myself for allowing this to happen. Oh I can't forget I did get a haircut that was cut way shorter than I had asked for! I can't believe I trusted this lady I even told her that I trusted her when she kept telling me no peeking until she was done like I seriously don't know wth I was thinking. Now I have to wait another 6 weeks until I can save the money to go have my roots done so I'm stuck with this mess! So disappointed with myself for allowing this to happen truly kicking myself!!
