  I had a very disappointing experience at the Sephora inside Kohl’s on Narcoossee. I was searching for the Patrick TA blush in the shade “She’s So Seductive,” which was sold out at other locations. Online inventory showed that this store had 7 in stock and available for pickup. Instead of placing the order online, I decided to drive to the store directly. When my sister and I walked in, two employees — later identified as Kelly (the manager) and Danni — greeted everyone except us. I approached Danni and asked about the blush. She attempted to check, then asked Kelly. Kelly immediately responded, in a very rude tone, “We don’t have it,” then said something to Danni in Spanish and began giggling. It was clear from that moment that she had no intention of assisting me. I explained that the website showed 7 in stock and that I could place an online pickup order. Kelly dismissively stated that the inventory was likely wrong due to theft and said that if I ordered online, it would just be canceled because they didn’t have it. I politely asked if they could check in the back, since I had driven a considerable distance and it seemed unlikely that seven units were simply stolen. She ignored me. Feeling uncomfortable but wanting clarity, I went to my car and placed the order for pickup. Within an hour, I received confirmation that my order was ready. That alone speaks volumes. When I returned to pick it up, Kelly was gone and only Danni was present. I asked for the manager’s information and learned that Kelly was in fact the manager. That is extremely concerning. A manager sets the tone for the team, and the behavior I experienced reflected poor leadership and unacceptable customer service. I completed my pickup without issue, but I should not have had to make two trips due to misinformation and dismissive treatment. I left feeling frustrated and discriminated against. No customer should feel ignored, dismissed, or spoken to rudely when they are being polite and simply asking for assistance. I hope upper management reviews this situation carefully. The handling of inventory, communication, and customer service at this location needs attention. Based on this experience, I will not be returning to this Sephora location. I would not be surprised if Kelly was not hiding product for herself, I bet the "theft" is an internal job.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve been waiting for Kohl’s to send me a survey so I could leave a 5-star review for their amazing employee, Maryam! I’ve been out of touch with makeup for the last couple of years, and with a 3-day event coming up, I was totally lost trying to find the right products. Maryam noticed me looking a little overwhelmed, offered me a basket, and kindly stepped in to help. She ended up giving me a full makeup makeover—every product she recommended looked fantastic on me and lasted a full 15 hours! I received so many compliments throughout the event. Maryam truly went above and beyond. I wish she could earn commission or tips because she absolutely deserves it!

  This Sephora urgently needs its staff to have customer service training! I have been there several times (because I needed to buy something urgently) and always find the same situation. Not enough products are in stock, and the few employees do not help you. If they do, they seem annoyed or in a hurry even though the store is empty. Today, I was helped by a girl who, after half an hour, finally spoke to me in Spanish. She told me there was no product in stock, and I insisted on buying another because I needed it. Today, she didn't have enough knowledge, and in the end, she looked annoyed and in a hurry. Another one of the employees, who was apparently the manager, asked my eight yo daughter if she was a “beauty insider” 🙄 what????????? My daughter had several items in her basket and lady thought she wouldn't buy them; she underestimated her customer! Even with all these lousy attitudes, we purchased several items, but they need to improve the service because I will not return here.
