  A loja está muito bem organizada e é fácil de encontrar as coisas, mas dou 3 estrelas porque a senhora da caixa foi muito antipática. Vivo em Portugal e por isso não sabia como funcionava a Sephora nos Estados Unidos, basicamente a senhora não me explicou nada, obrigou-me a criar conta, e nem me perguntou se eu queria ou não, e esteve sempre a despachar-me.

  The selection here is great, although frequently picked over due to the foot traffic. The staff here is so wonderful, so helpful, and extremely knowledgeable- they are also so patient when working with the mass crowds of people they frequently have. Highly encourage people to check out this location!

  I was helped by the kindest associates at Sephora Orlando/Disney Springs. Amoy not only welcomed me to ask her questions but color matched me and gave me a sample. She took the perfect amount of time to make me feel valued. Amoy is absolutely an asset to Sephora and I know she will continue to do amazing

  I love this Sephora! Kristen, Chelsea and Cassia( I think that’s you spell her name) were very professional, helpful and kind! They made me feel more confident with my foundation shades and as well with my skin tone and hair color!! I will definitely come back to see them again❤️

  Quiero dejar esta reseña para agradecer la atención tan increíble que recibí en esta tienda, especialmente por parte de Cecilia. Desde el primer momento fue encantadora, cercana y muy profesional. Me atendió en más de una ocasión durante mi visita, siempre con una sonrisa y una paciencia infinita. Se tomó el tiempo de escucharme, resolver todas mis dudas y ayudarme con cada cosa que necesitaba, adaptándose perfectamente a lo que estaba buscando. Además, tuvo detalles que marcan la diferencia y que hacen que la experiencia sea aún más especial. Da gusto encontrarse con personas así, que realmente disfrutan ayudando y hacen que te sientas bien atendida de verdad. Sin duda, recomiendo muchísimo pasar por aquí y dejarse asesorar por ella.
