Even products that were toddler and sensitive skin friendly. She was so sweet and knowledgeable. And seemed to genuinely love being there. I came in with my 3-year-old daughter to process a return, and the manager was incredibly kind and patient helping with what I knew was an inconvenient situation. While we were waiting, an associate named Molly stepped in — and completely transformed our visit. She spent nearly an hour engaging my daughter at the soap display, teaching her about colors, scents, and what happens when bath bombs dissolve. She showed her how to blow bubbles, let her safely explore products, and made her feel included and important. At the same time, she helped me thoughtfully choose products for both my skin and my daughter’s sensitive skin — without ever making us feel pressured to buy more. Now every night at bath time, we “play Lush store” at home with our empty containers. What used to be routine is now imaginative, educational, and joyful. Molly didn’t just provide customer service — she created a memory. We will absolutely be back.
