I absolutely love their hand creams, and they always have great gift ideas. Always a pleasant experience at this Disney Springs location.

In the last few years, service has slacked and they never offer their facials or hand massages when you arrive in person- despite none being underway. They barely recognize you when you walk in. I called to make an appointment for a facial but surprise there are no appointments available the day I requested (a week in advance). I used to love the visit and always make purchases but I no longer enjoy visiting the store.
