Kiana kills it with my nails everytime! The staff is super friendly, the prices are pretty fair, and the facility is really clean as well. It's also nice to get a complimentary coffee every time I get my nails done!

This review is overdue, i’m still very irritated thinking about it and would like to share my experience about a nail appointment which i had booked A MONTH prior. When I arrived there, there was only one nail tech and in the middle of her doing my nails another one of her clients came in waiting to get hers done. She only finished my base and said it was time for the other girls appointment. She could not finish my nails. She then proceeded to tell me that she didn’t know I was getting a new design on my nails which contradicted the fact that when I sat down in that chair she literally asked me for a picture of what design i wanted on my nails plus on my appointment I picked that I wanted a new set. I felt that I was being lied to and it was very unfair that my nails couldn’t be finished at the time I scheduled it for a month prior. It was a waste of my time I am a full time college student with a job and it’s very hard for me to have free time so this was very upsetting. She told me I can come back later after the other girls nails were finished, but again I had work and that was my only free time so I had to move things around to be able to come in the next day. I felt that the whole situation was very very unprofessional as well as rude and dismissive of my time. Why would you not finish what you started with your client I don’t understand?? You don’t stop a clients service halfway through because of your poor scheduling it is so disrespectful of their time and the simple “i’m sorry” that I received doesn’t come close to making up for this inconvenience. I shouldn’t have had to make a whole nother appointment because of the nail tech being able to overbook herself.

Back in December, I went in to have my roots colored, but after selecting a shade, the result didn't turn out the way I had hoped. Then, last weekend, I noticed on their website that they had appointments available. I decided to stop by for a root touch-up; I chose to return to this specific salon—rather than going elsewhere—because I didn't know which color the stylist who had previously assisted me had used. Upon my arrival, the receptionist had a poor attitude; she told me there were no appointments available. In response, I showed her their website, pointing out that they had not just one, but *two* appointments listed as available. I asked her if she would see me if I booked the appointment through the website; she grudgingly agreed, though she added that I would have to wait—to which I replied that waiting would be no problem. However, as soon as I left the salon, she called me on the phone to cancel the appointment. I believe that if they are unable to manage their time effectively, they shouldn't allow people to book appointments via their online portal—especially if they require a deposit.
The only positive aspect was that they refunded my deposit that very same day. I will not be returning.

Payton is amazing!! Very knowledgeable. She was so helpful in determining a cut and color that was great for me! KC is a really high quality salon at a good price. They are so friendly and they pamper you with complimentary specialty drinks/snacks. It’s great to be able to get multiple services in one place!! Love it!
