  My husband had a lymphatic drainage massage scheduled and found out when he arrived that the person he was scheduled with was no longer at this location. We had paid for the service in full. He didn’t want to go to the location that was farther away so we requested a refund. The refund never posted to our account (I waited 2 weeks for it to post). I had to contact the credit card company to get the refund. Poor business practice to not refund the money for services not received. I would never use this company again.

  I had a facial at Kathleen D. Aesthetics, and it was truly an outstanding experience from beginning to end. Kathleen has such a calming presence and an amazing eye for what your skin needs. She walked me through each step of the treatment, making me feel relaxed, informed, and completely cared for. The products she used felt luxurious and gentle, and my skin has honestly never looked better— clean, bright, and refreshed. Her technique is exceptional, especially during the massage and extractions, which were both thorough and surprisingly comfortable. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and takes pride in delivering high-quality results. I left feeling rejuvenated and glowing, and I can't wait to book my next appointment. If you're looking for a top-tier facial, I can't recommend Kathleen D. Aesthetics enough!
