    Really disappointing experience at Great Clips. I told the stylist that I wanted to donate my hair to Wigs for Kids, which requires the hair to be tied before cutting. Without confirming , he immediately started cutting my hair loose. Because of this, my hair couldn’t be donated, which was really upsetting since that was the whole reason I was cutting it.

    Devin provided a 'Great Clip' for my 6m haircut and first time visiting the store. I noticed attention to detail, hygienic technique and was meticulous to his craft, assuring my delightful satisfaction!!! A real treat when things go so well with a first time cut!! ~S
