  Worst haircut ever. Literally left shaking from how upset and sad I was that this lady, Fulop Concepcion - older lady, ruined my daughter’s hair. I’ve attached my daughters before and after picture and what I requested. Yes, I showed the lady the photo before. First, I called that location ahead of time and asked if a wash was included in the kids price. I was told YES. I called ahead because I could have washed my daughter’s hair right before heading out. I got there and was told it was separate and the manager tells me “oh sorry you were given the wrong information” ok I just said fine and moved on: hair cut was going fine but it wasn’t the length I showed her. So I asked her to cut it a little bit shorter and she grabbed a huge chuck from the sides and CHOPPED my daughter’s hair and says “there.” Mind you she did not try to fix it at all. I literally gasped and told her she just chopped my daughter’s hair. She did not care and tried to justify her action by saying it’s the volume I asked for. I asked her to blow dry her hair to see how it looks dried and she said “that’s expensive” at this point idc I want to see how it looks dried. And it looked so bad :( i clearly was unhappy but did NOT want her touching my daughters hair again. I paid and went to look at it outside. Came back in and asked a man with pink highlights to fix it because the lady chopped my daughters hair. He was initially annoyed but quickly changed his demeanor when he noticed how bad her hair was and how nervous I was. The last picture is how it came out. There wasn't much anyone could do to fix what she did without cutting her hair way shorter. This experience was so awful. We were so excited for this hair cut and have been planning on it for weeks. I will never go back or recommend this place. My daughters hair is so messed up even after the man tried to fix it. I truly think the lady did that maliciously because I asked her to make it a little shorter. This style came out NOTHING like the inspo picture.

  Today, I recently had my hair cut at Great Clips at hunters creek by Elissa, and unfortunately I’m very disappointed. My hair was cut is uneven and very bad layers were given to me. It also seemed like she was unsure how to properly section and hold the hair while cutting, which may have affected the final result. I left feeling unhappy with the service.

  Dakota did a great job with the vision I had and explaining questions that arose. He educated me on a few hair techniques and he made sure to put it the notes for next time. He’s quite talented and I’m a very happy customer.
