My massage therapist gave me a little bit of everything - some Swedish, some lymphatic drainage, some trigger point - and felt super soothing. I enjoyed the ocean sounds playing in the background, it helped me relax. Be aware that everybody gets their massage in one giant room that is separated by curtains, however there is enough space in each pocket and everybody was super quiet so it felt like you were in your own space!

Samuel (I believe in was the name of my therapist) did magic! I just ran a half marathon and returned to Crossfit, and was pretty sore. His deep tissue massage revived me, and alleviated a lot of the tension/pain I had built up. Would definitely recommend! I know I will be returning as a member.
