  This place is so relaxing! Great atmosphere. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Danielle was my massage therapist and she was AMAZING!! She was super respectful and has the hands of an angel. I am not joking, I always ask for deep tissue and it really made a difference for me. My soreness has gone and range of motion much improved. I would recommend this place to anyone in the area!

  I had an incredible deep tissue massage with Zaida, and it was hands-down the best massage I’ve ever had. I arrived with an extremely tight back and significant neck pain (I could barely turn my head to the right). Zaida was intuitive, skilled, and clearly very knowledgeable. By the end of the session, I genuinely felt like a new person. My back felt loose and relaxed, and my neck pain was dramatically relieved. I walked out feeling better than I have in a long time. The massage room itself was absolutely beautiful and incredibly relaxing. The soothing ocean sounds, zen ambiance, and gorgeous décor made the entire experience even more calming and restorative. I’ll be returning to Zaida weekly from now on and can’t recommend her highly enough.

  Maria at NOW Massage – Downtown Orlando is absolutely incredible. She truly has angel hands. From start to finish, the experience was calming, professional, and deeply therapeutic. You can immediately tell she’s highly experienced her technique, pressure, and intuition are spot on. I left feeling completely relaxed, refreshed, and relieved of tension. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely knows what they’re doing and cares about their craft, Maria is the one. Highly recommend booking with her, you won’t be disappointed.

  Go somewhere else. Excuse the name, I'm posting from an anonymous account because whoever runs this page likes to reply to bad reviews with nasty and intimidating comments. First, everything is extremely expensive, including add-ons that try and nickel and dime you with those vague, meaningless, unverifiable sort of wellness talk. The massages themselves are very expensive too, without presenting much of an edge over competitors. They're actually pretty mediocre—and the lotion they use leaves you oily for the rest of the day. Plus the manager is rude and uncaring. Definitely profit > people type of establishment.

  This place is a vapid wellness cliche. No shade on Bronson, who was a wonderful massage therapist—gentle in bedside manner and strong in the treatment. But you could tell he was hamstrung by the practices of this place. NOW is a little microcosm of our broken healthcare system. The people who are making the decisions are clearly not using the service. The heating blanket’s connection is on top of the table and digs into your shoulder during the entire massage. Afterwards, there is no wet towel rubdown and you are left with the oil covering your body. They up-charge you for everything, stuff you would normally get for free at a real massage establishment. You want a warm towel? Give us more money. You want deep tissue? Give us more money. And whoever heard of a 50 minute massage? You can really feel the lack of time as your therapist is rushing to get through a full body with ten minutes less time than the standard. Guys. This place has a ‘creative director’ as an executive. You go here for a vibe, not a massage. This is modern ‘luxury’ living at its worst. Run runnnn runnnn for your life.
