She took the time to ask about my scalp, hair, skin concerns, and any sensitivities (I have a tender scalp and can start tearing up), which immediately put me at ease. The experience itself was a complete dream. I melted into serenity from the moment she began. Along with the head spa service, she incorporated a relaxing neck and hand massage that tied everything together beautifully. Cristina joked that I wouldn’t want to wash my hair for a week, and honestly… I see exactly what she meant. My hair flowed beautifully for days. The entire service felt luxurious, thoughtful, and genuinely restorative. I unlocked a new favorite. I can’t wait to go back - and plan to soon.
