Had no time to relax in hot tub & sauna post treatments. Men's shower were out of order not a big deal as my room was near by. However, recommended scheduling for morning early afternoon to allow for post treatment relaxation using facilities without feeling rushed out at closing

The staff was courteous and the spa was very clean. The staff made sure every detail was addressed - robes, spa shoes, towels, cold spa wash hand towels after using the sauna and steam room, boutique shampoo, conditioner and soap for showering.

I rarely leave reviews, but Lin is worth the effort of leaving a review because she did an amazing job, the best facial I ever had. On top - she loves what she does and very professional. The waiting and changing areas are inviting and relaxing. The sauna and spa hot tub was perfect as well. I can't say enough about their masseuse were top notch. I had Darlene. She listened carefully to all my needs and executed wonderfully. My husband masseuse, Omaira, was great as well! I highly suggest all of their services. Worth the money for sure! This will be one of my first stops when I go to stay Westgate each time!

The steam room and jacuzzi along with their tea helped relax my mind and body and during the 2 swedish massages, I felt all the stress, pain and anxiety leave my body physically mentally and emotionally. Pamela and Erica are truly amazing and the atmosphere and hospitality exceed all my expectations. I hope to come back again for the next vacation. Best spa ever
