First time trying a headspa and it was fantastic. My scalp never felt so clean and my hair smelled amazing afterwards. I would definitely recommend booking it.

Wow! This spa is absolutely gorgeous 😩 Diffusers tastefully placed in different corners, engulfing the room in aromatherapy. The moment you step into the spa, you began to feel a sense of relief my boyfriend and I did had the bliss spa package in our masseuse‘s Lisette and Erica did such a wonderful job, relaxing us in tending to our physical needs. Omaira Checked on this consistently, making sure our needs were met and provided us with our every request. Highly recommend This spa and resort for a couples, romantic and relaxing getaway.

75 minute spa massage package for a total of 198 dollars. My massage therapist was great, i can't complain, my girlfriend on the other hand had a different experience. Once done we went to use the amenities were not the best. They had a steam sauna that was excellent, the hot tub was cool, jets did not work they just had bubbles coming from the jets, and the regular sauna was not even on until we went to get somebody to turn it on. This should of been started before guest even arrived. At the end my girlfriend who was a massage therapist had a pretty bad experience, when brought to the manager, it would of been nice for her to talk to her in a private room not in the solarium, where you couldn't hear a thing. She didn't leave a tip as gratuity but we expected it to be better for the money spent.

My mom and I did an hour massage here after a long couple of days in the theme parks.
When we checked in I discovered a promotion that wasn't mentioned during the booking. It felt like a bait and switch.
My mom took advantage of the promotion but I couldn't as I had a deep tissue massage. I offered to pay the difference for the deep tissue and was told they couldn't do that.
Unfortunately I had a hard time enjoying my massage as I could hear the stylist in the salon (which is literally right next to the massage area) chatting up a storm with someone the whole time. I found this especially strange and annoying given there's signs everywhere asking guests to whisper.
The receptionist said she could hear the stylist in the salon too and apologized for her being so loud. She brought some wine to enjoy while we used the spa area after which was a nice gesture.
The wine was great but unfortunately the hot tub was lukewarm and the jet by me was blowing out cold water.
The receptionist came back to look at it and said she'd let maintenance know.
The steam room and sauna were nice as were the provided robes.
During the intake and my massage I requested that the masseuse focus on my back. During checkout I discovered there was an upcharge for this.
Needless to say this wasn't appreciated especially after the experience from earlier.
After some back and forth the upcharge was ultimately credited.
Not the kind of experience you want to have when you're paying close to $200 for a massage.

Excellent massage by Takeisha! Loved my deep tissue massage, however, would not return here for the facilities. There is a very small jacuzzi tub, steam room, and sauna. The jacuzzi was only warm and I kindly asked if they could check the temperature. I believe it was the manager, Debra, responded very short saying they had an issue since yesterday and that they put in a request for maintenance. The second I got out of my massage she approached me and said rudely, “the maintenance says the temperature is within range” although the sign claims to have a constant temperature of 104F. The spa itself is not monitored consistently and we had to turn the steam room on whenever we wanted to use it. There are no lounge chairs either or a place to put your feet up and relax.
When we checked out, Debra never asked about how our visit was. Overall, extremely unprofessional service and not great facilities. My mom and I loved the treatment, but would not return otherwise.
