- FFFrankieDec 28, 20251.0I’ve been to the Sephora inside the Kohl’s at Waterford Lakes multiple times because of how convenient the location is, but unfortunately, my experiences have been consistently disappointing. The store is extremely dusty, there is visible dust on top of many of the products, which makes you uncomfortable even considering a purchase. What truly upset me was when I was shopping for a gift and noticed that the box of the item I wanted was covered in dust and I had to clean it. That is unacceptable, especially for a brand like Sephora that is known for cleanliness, quality, and presentation. On top of that, the employees were not attentive or helpful, they were just rude. Instead of assisting customers, they were standing at the register on their cell phones, offering little to no customer service. This is not the image or standard I expect from Sephora. Overall, this location has been a major disappointment. I will no longer shop at this Sephora and will gladly drive to another location instead.

I couldn’t remember the shade of my foundation, and she immediately offered to do a color match. Even though I couldn’t do it on the spot, she still managed to help me find the exact shade I needed! What really stood out to me was how she connected with my 10-year-old daughter, who’s just getting into skincare and all things beauty. Aixa matched her excitement and made the experience fun and relatable — my daughter couldn’t wait to tell her friends all about it! Aixa also took the time to explain how Sephora’s Kohl’s system works and made sure I got signed up since my info from a standalone Sephora didn’t transfer over. The other young lady working with her was also so friendly and helpful. It was such a positive, feel-good visit from start to finish — we’ll definitely be back! 💄✨
