  As an Orlando native, I am truly disgusted in this location’s staff. I was racially profiled from the moment I walked into the store on 2/10/26 around 8:30pm. A number of Sephora employees watched my every move. When I was testing out the Charlotte Tilbury concealers, I noticed from the corner of my eye, a short white/hispanic woman with dark hair go from the aisle in front of me and she quickly turned around the corner to the aisle I was in as soon as I dropped the concealer in my Sephora shopping bag. Keep in mind, I had nothing in my hands other than my keys/wallet, phone, the Sephora shopping bag & the concealer . She stood there and watched for about 10secs and she left. I continued shopping as if nothing was wrong because I thought there was no way these Sephora employees could think I would have the motive to be a thief. Things turned around for me when I reached out for assistance in the perfume area. The young white guy was so kind assisting me with getting the perfume I wanted & as he checked me out, he carried on a warm conversation putting my body at ease. However, as he was checking me off at the side check out area near the perfumes, I seen yet again another white/hispanic dark hair colored woman looking at me. I spend way too much with this company and have earned over 11,000 points to be treated the way I was treated. Sephora either need to hire loss prevention professionals in their stores instead of allowing these low paying Sephora employees to do a lousy job discriminating against black people. To the low paying Sephora employees, trust me it isn’t worth the lawsuit. I went up there again today to not only buy another concealer but to also see if this behavior was trend. The store was packed so I guess they didn’t have time to closely monitor me but I still believe writing this review will bring more awareness to racial profiling.

  Siempre que vayan a sephora revisen sus productos antes de pagarlos, porque por tres veces seguidas, me han salido productos vacíos o en mal estado, me parece que es responsabilidad de sephora vender las cosas en buen estado. Esto sucedió en sephora milenial mall Orlando.

  Great customer service! I was assisted by Yaffa! She was extremely nice, helped me flawlessly, gave great advice, and was able to check me out without having to wait in the long line! Will be coming back again!

  I had a good experience at Sephora today. Claudia was excellent—very attentive, helped me find the right shade match, and provided samples. She was personable and really listened to my needs. Another associate by Patrick TA helped with foundation, which I appreciated, but then applied blush as well, which is a separate product and not something I asked for. It felt a bit overdone for my comfort. Overall, I want to especially highlight Claudia’s great service.
