    I am writing to express my profound disappointment and dissatisfaction with the service I received yesterday, November 8th, at approximately 8 PM. I was directed to an "extra register" by an associate with long red hair (I think the name was Giuliana). When my payment card failed on her machine, she immediately became visibly impatient. She started taking the items out of the bag and abruptly told me: "You will have to go to an 'official' register and get back in line." I was shocked, as the main line was huge. I asked, "I have to get back in the queue again?" She glanced at the line, clearly unsure of how to proceed, and simply ignored me, calling the next customer forward. I felt completely embarrassed and tossed aside. I decided to wait near the official registers and proactively explained my situation to the cashier, Elena, regarding why I was "cutting the line." While paying with Elena, I realized the total amount was lower than what the first associate had charged. This confirmed that the first associate had not only failed to process the payment but had also incorrectly scanned or totaled my purchase. I felt extremely constrained and poorly treated. My frustration is not with the associate herself, who was clearly unprepared and lacking training in basic customer handling and direction, but with the store's leadership. The evident lack of proper preparation led to an unacceptable customer experience.

    I went to pick up my birthday gift, opened it at home and the lip pencil was missing from the box. I look forward to these every year. I was so disappointed that it was missing and that the staff there is giving away empty boxes. Unacceptable.
