    I came in today and Emma was so very kind and helpful! I wanted help finding three things and she knew exactly where everything was, made sure I was getting the right versions and size, and then helped me check out! She and the store were amazing. Thank you!

    I have given this store several chances. Today was the last. The managers and employees are extremely rude and judgmental. I spend my money to be treated like a “paying” customer, not someone who is stealing. Thank you for validating all of the negative comments made about Sephora.

    Love the wide selection of products and helpful staff. It really allows us to find what we need with specific concerns. However, my one takeaway is that the employees should have one set amount of how much an item should be used if you were to do a return. I've gotten different percentages by different employees and its often confusing since they aren't following what the app says. Due to this, Im often stuck unable to do any returns in this location even if they were barely used because the cashier says it can only be used "5%?". Thats especially hard to do if you're using a hair product such as a serum or mask :(

    I walked into this Sephora and Tami was standing up front and she did not greet me when I walked in or offer any assistance and I thought that was strange because someone usually offers assistance…at one point we both made eye contact and she still did not offer me any assistance.A few seconds later a Caucasian lady walked in and she gave her the most warm welcome and even offered her assistance.I saw her do this to multiple times. This message is for the owner and Tami.People of color are spending their money in Sephora as well and expect to be treated the same way as everyone else and it is very sad that in 2025 people like you still exist and seem to even. hold some type of leadership position in this business from what I observed.Please train your staff to serve a diverse group of people equally.
