I had accidentally purchased the wrong product online so came in store to return it. Joined the line and arrived to the cashier, the girl in red glasses was so rude and unprofessional and treated me as if me returning this product was a burden to her. I understand that working retail during the holidays is tiresome but the other employees were very nice and welcoming. She finished the return and didn’t even acknowledge me when handing me the receipt bc she was busy yapping with another coworker. Management needs to check on employees during these times
