    Io sono cliente gold di sephora italia.. ma a questo sephora non mi Sono trovata.. le ragazze di sephora erano troppo poche rispetto alla mole di gente che c’era dentro il negozio.. anche i profumi.. bisognava rincorrere una delle Ragazze per comprarlo perché non sono esposti.. e poi non riesco a capire come Se faccio parte di sephora la raccolta punti italiana qui non esista

    I went to this location this past weekend, and the manager—I believe her name is Nicole—made an interaction that left my friend and me feeling very uncomfortable. While we were standing in the store, she walked past us and said, “I don’t mind that you guys are standing here, but don’t distract my employees.” Mind you, we were customers in the store. This interaction made me question how she may speak to her employees, also if this is how she addresses customers. Because of how uncomfortable we felt, we ended up leaving the store. As someone who works in customer service, I always try to uphold and abide by my company’s values. That experience led me to look up Sephora’s values, and the one that stood out to me the most was: “Respect: Treating all customers and colleagues with dignity and appreciation.” There was no greeting, no “Hi, do you need help?”—just the comment about not distracting employees. As a manager, Nicole’s approach felt unwelcoming, disrespectful, and rude.

    Hello! I just wanted to write a review on the most bestest group of employees. I received help from 3 people. Sadly i didn't get their names. I think one was named bill. He had on glasses and a very nice watch. Anyway, i was stuck on getting a cologne for my father. I didn't want anything too musky because he’s 45 not 67😭 some colognes nowadays are just so idk, cinominy, is the word. I asked for help and they were SUPER busy. This store sees like a million people a day. Im sure they could have just passed an old Vietnamese girl on, but they didn’t !! The service was excellent and i got to say one of the best employees ever. Thank you bill!! Your nose for the perfect fragrances saved Christmas !! I will most definitely be coming back whenever im in the area. (Once a year)!!!!

    Extremely Racist place. If you are Asian, the floor associates (mostly Hispanic females) will ignore you. Instead, they rather help the White Customers. During my visit, I requested assistance multiple times from store associates. I know what I want, just need their help to grab and products. Despite these direct requests to MULTIPLE associates, I was consistently ignored or rudely brushed off. In contrast, associates repeatedly redirected their attention. Looked pass me to white customers who were still browsing, deciding, or testing products and had not asked for assistance. Eventually My husband had to step in. I find it amusing that Hispanics has guts to discriminate Asians. As in fact, as a racial group, they cannot even hold a candle with Asians in terms of success, manners and refinement in fashion tastes. This pattern occurred multiple times during the same visit. The behavior was consistent and observable and cannot reasonably be attributed to workload, staffing limitations, or oversight. I was prepared to make immediate purchases and required minimal assistance, yet I was systematically deprioritized. As an Asian customer, I experienced a clear denial of equal service. This constitutes discriminatory treatment.
