  I had the most amazing experience today at Sephora – Lake Buena Vista thanks to Tiwa! She was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. Tiwa was so patient, attentive, and genuinely kind. She helped me pick the perfect colors for my skin tone, applied everything beautifully, and even took the time to show me exactly how to apply the products myself. I never once felt rushed or pressured — just completely seen, heard, and welcomed. I’ve never felt so comfortable and confident walking out of a beauty store. The way Tiwa made me feel today truly meant a lot. She turned a simple shopping trip into such a special experience. If you’re visiting this location, ask for Tiwa you will not be disappointed

  I was there on 2/14/26 I went over to an employee and lightly touch her shoulder and said Ma'am to ask a question and was met with a hateful raised voice saying, " DON'T TOUCH ME" she was very rude and her name is Jessie V and she needs a few lessons on customer service.

  Visited the Disney Springs location, which is a pretty sizeable store. The staff, though, was phenomenal. A girl with our group had a breakdown in the middle of the store, and Gloryanne was quick to jump in and do everything in her power to help her leave with a smile. She took her to multiple different areas of the store, showing options that fit within the stated budget. Even after the girl was resistant and still not satisfied at first (due to her own attitude and stubborness), Gloryanne doubled down and tried even harder. By the time she was done, we had a cart within budget and a smiling, happy girl. Definitely above and beyond service. Thank you again, Gloryanne!!!
