They couldn’t refund cuz I didn’t have the receipt, this I kinda understood their policy. But another policy was I didn’t use my Sephora account… well it was busy when I purchased and only $15, I tried to checked out asap, this policy I disagree. Also my card history showed the location and if they could look up the amount would be matched. Do not happy with their policy. Anyway I discharged from my card end. Not happy with the store service.

She was incredibly attentive and patient, taking the time to help me find exactly what I needed. I’m from out of town, and my Sephora at home has never shown the same level of kindness and care that Destiny did!!!
