    My fiancé and I came to purchase a couple of things I wanted for my birthday. When I came in I was not met with any sort of hello or basket. I had to ask my fiancé to get me a basket. At some point I went up the Makeup by Mario stand and wanted to look for the blush in shade rose crush. Since it seemed out of out stock, I told my fiancé. He had to search for an associate to come and look through there drawer. And when she didn’t find it, she just mentioned that it was out stock and left. No alternative or ask me any questions of what else I was purchasing. Which I didnt take personally because, perhaps she was busy. When I came to purchase my stuff I remembered I needed to pick up my birthday gift. I asked the associate that was helping me what the birthday gifts were and she pointed to the display. Which was insanely tiny. I’m only 24 years old so I would say I have pretty good eyesight. When I asked for a certain gift she said it was sold out. Which was ok but I noticed she was looking through the drawer and I asked if I could see the gifts that were available and again she point the display. I would have liked to be able to see the what the products are not just some tiny picture. I’m a local and I must say this isn’t my first time getting an experience like this at this Sephora. Their customer service sucks. Mind you I noticed multiple customers had to go out of their way to look for employees which happen to be standing next to each other. Looking and talking to each other. Ignoring customers. The reason I purchase is because I was on a time crunch but if I had the option I would not have bothered and left.

    Yesterday, I went to Sephora at the Florida Mall, and I was attended by Tina. From the moment she saw me, she profile-me, and when I asked her for help, she was quite rude and quite harsh in her manner. She even told me that I couldn’t afford to pay the price for a perfume. However, I continued with my shopping since I went to buy a birthday gift for my friend. After I picked the birthday gift for my friend, I asked her to help me with a lipstick. She went to look for it in the drawer, didn’t find it, and told me that I should know that if it wasn’t located in a special spot on the display, it was because they didn’t have it in stock. I replied to her that I would like to speak to a manager, and she asked me why. I respectfully told her that I thought she was not kind, and that I wanted to be able to comment on my experience. She started cutting me off, speaking to me with an attitude, interrupting me at every moment, and finally she told me to wait until 7 p.m., and that there was no manager. I told her that I would wait until 7 p.m. (40 minutes). After she saw that I was willing to wait, she called Cristina and told me, “Come, come, come,” gesturing with her hand as if I were her dog, for me to follow her. I said to her, “Excuse me, are you asking me to please come with you somewhere?” And she brought in Miss Cristina. At 7 p.m., I was finally able to explain to Miss Cristina, who at all times justified Tina’s behavior, even when I explained to her, repeatedly, that they made me wait 40 minutes without reason, since Cristina could have helped me.The disrespect and rudeness of those managers is incredible. I am going to continue making my complaints with corporate.I left a written paper with a formal complaint. I hope that someone cares about it. UPDATED! Your managers DID NOT ANSWER MY EMAIL!

    I had such a great experience at the Sephora in the Florida Mall. I went in looking for some cover-up and wasn’t completely sure what would work, especially because I currently have a small wound on my lip. The associate I first approached didn’t have the exact answer, but instead of guessing, she immediately brought over the manager to make sure I was taken care of. That alone already impressed me. The manager was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to give me the right recommendations. She even referred me to another team member who specialized more in complexion products, and he helped me understand what would be safe to use and what might irritate the area. The whole interaction felt genuine, collaborative, and thoughtful. In a time where good customer service can be hard to find, this team really showed what it looks like to value their customers. They were patient, friendly, and made me feel comfortable the entire visit. I’ll definitely be returning—especially for men’s fragrances and anything else I can pick up to stay on top of my hygiene and appearance. Highly recommend this location!
