I went in looking for some cover-up and wasn’t completely sure what would work, especially because I currently have a small wound on my lip. The associate I first approached didn’t have the exact answer, but instead of guessing, she immediately brought over the manager to make sure I was taken care of. That alone already impressed me. The manager was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to give me the right recommendations. She even referred me to another team member who specialized more in complexion products, and he helped me understand what would be safe to use and what might irritate the area. The whole interaction felt genuine, collaborative, and thoughtful. In a time where good customer service can be hard to find, this team really showed what it looks like to value their customers. They were patient, friendly, and made me feel comfortable the entire visit. I’ll definitely be returning—especially for men’s fragrances and anything else I can pick up to stay on top of my hygiene and appearance. Highly recommend this location!

When we were checking out, I simply asked for two extra small bags so my daughter could hand out the presents nicely… and the sales associate refused to give them to us, “I can only give one bag” she said. Really? A store like Sephora can’t provide two small bags when you’re buying multiple items? How much can a bag cost them—10 cents? It makes no sense. The customer service was awful, with zero empathy and zero common sense. I won’t be returning to this location, and I definitely don’t recommend it. In a place where you expect at least basic courtesy, this experience was the exact opposite.
- BLbianni laureanoNov 24, 20251.0I went to this Sephora November 21st my birthday and didn't realize that this young girl with blond hair gave me the wrong perfume i asked for and the perfume i asked for she charged me for that one but the one she gave me was cheaper both Valentino both different ones. I called the place the lady i spoke to was lowkey unprofessional saying i have to come back when i really don’t want to when i should’ve just got my money back…? now i have to go tomorrow to exchange it out of MY TIME…wasn’t in my plans to but cool whatever ima get the perfume i originally asked for its just ridiculous. yeah the day was busy but all y'all do is sell makeup perfume all just products you should’nt give someone the wrong product they asked for yall dont do much to get shit wrong deadass. Expect me to come in tomorrow unhappy!! ill even point out the blond lady who makin me come back get better workers who can give people THE CORRECT ITEM like just dumb dumb
