- RSRyan Smart6 days ago1.0Staff were mostly nice but the girl who served us had a horrible attitude towards my wife when she politely said no when the cashier asked for her email. My wife explained that there isn't any sephora stores anywhere near where we live and she just gave her a dirty look and didn't respond. Much better experience at the mall of millenia store.

I came here to pick up an online order and right at the beginning the lady was taking like shouting to my face “WHAT’S YOUR NAME?”, “WE DON’T HAVE THAT NAME HERE” even before checking the inventory or my pick up barcode. While checking the online orders area she shouted“I DON’T SEE YOUR NAME”. And of course, she kept that tone and was rude the whole time. To be honest, I’ve had couple bad experiences at this Sephora store, and they make me hesitant to go the store, because I want to visit Sephora to feel happier, prettier and better, not to feel like I got treated like trash.
