The older women at the counter ,told me its empty and was extremely rude, yes the air leaked bc something was defective, she gave me a hard time when asking for an exchange. Deff was not trying to hear me at all. Very disappointed and just know that she will look at you like your trying to steal from their company, if the product is defective. It was embarrassing. So becareful if you get a defective product. She will make it difficult and not give u the time of day! The first time I came, the young blonde girl was so nice and helpful. I went in there expecting the same service. Didn't happen today.

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?
Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.

In order to shop with SalonCentric, you must be a licensed salon professional or cosmetology student and have an account with SalonCentric. If you don't currently shop with SalonCentric, you can apply for an account at any of our store locations or on our website.
