They literally charged my card thousands and I kept calling asking for evidence of contract and points available, they said they couldn't find any account nor any points, but somehow my card was being charged. The owner was never there and never got back to me! I disputed the charges with my credit card company and miraculously they sent over evidence that they never sent me! Horrible customer service! I dont recommend going there and especially getting into any membership with them unless you want fraudulent charges on you.
