This time, I visited the L’Occitane store at Orlando Premium Outlets, and honestly, it was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. When I walked in, I was looking for some serums because I had heard so many good things about the brand. Carol, the sales associate who helped me, completely won me over with her honesty and professionalism. Instead of just trying to sell me products, she kindly explained that at my age I don’t necessarily need certain serums that could be too strong for my skin. That level of care and honesty is rare to find, and it showed me that L’Occitane truly values their customers’ well-being over simply making a sale. The atmosphere in the store was amazing — calm, welcoming, and very elegant. I truly felt cared for the entire time. The way Carol explained everything, making sure I understood what was right for me, was a big plus. This is the kind of customer service that makes a brand stand out. I ended up spending about $90, and to my surprise, they gave me a small gift as a reward. That detail really made me feel appreciated as a customer. And of course, the products themselves are incredible. After just a few uses, my skin feels hydrated, refreshed, and glowing all day long. Overall, I would rate this store 100 out of 100 in every category — friendliness, professionalism, atmosphere, and product quality. I strongly recommend visiting this location if you are at the Orlando Premium Outlets. And if you get the chance to be assisted by Carol, even better — she will guide you with kindness, honesty, and the best recommendations.
