  Absolutely horrible stylists and customer service. I went here on 1/25/2026 and asked for a strawberry blonde color to accent my natural dirty blonde. We picked 8 copper gold and he applied to my hair. These are the results. Patchy and uneven, 3 colors, streaky, and a chunk around my face with no color. Roots are copper, mid section is blonde, and ends are blonde under tips of bright red I cried and was gaslight “it kinda looks like an ombré, I like it” by the stylist and when I refused to pay for this disaster they tried to call the cops on me and chased me to my car and started knocking on my window that I was committing theft. I’ve been a client here 12 years and they made me pay $110 for this and acted like it looked good. Avoid Jimmy at all costs. He’s too sloppy and lazy to care about your results.

  I’ve always been very selective about who touches my daughter’s hair, however I decided to give the JCPenney Salon a try. I’m glad I did, I was extremely impressed. Lynette was my daughters stylist, and the Salon Manager. She is very professional, precise, and it’s clear that doing hair isn’t just a job for her, it’s her passion. She took her time explaining every step of the process, along with her recommendations, which I truly appreciated. Afterall I have no hair... My daughter loved her hairstyle afterward and couldn’t even stop bragging about how beautiful her hair looked. Thank you, Lynette, for your professionalism and exceptional leadership. Your dedication shows not only in your own work, it also shines through in your team. It’s clear you’ve created a dynamic, positive work environment that enhances the customer experience. The stylists were all kind, playful, and made my daughter feel comfortable from start to finish. She enjoyed every moment.   Great place to get your hair done! Every stylist does great work, fun atmosphere, family oriented, very knowledgeable about hair care and the manager, Lynette is very professional and everyone loves her!!!

  Hands down the best place I've been to. Not only did my stylist Keke listen to what I told her about my hair but she helped me embrace my natural curly/wavy textured for the first time in 14 years, I LOVE THE RESULTS! 100% would recommend her to all my friends! Very friendly & professional and knows how to deal with all types of hair 😍
