The stylist recommended a design very different from my picture, unfortunately I trusted her guidance and it came out awful. Looks nothing like the picture she used as a guide and is caked in hairspray so thick you can see the mats and droplets. I learned my lesson, not to request special services from a basic salon. No time or ability to fix it so here I go to the formal event very embarrassed by the hair my 9 year old could have done.
