I was quoted 45 minutes and told that they wpulc call me if I wanted to walk around the plaza. Got a text.confirming a 5:05pm appointment, which they did tell me I would get, but again if they were done before that time I would get a call. Sat in my car, wasting my time, for 45 minutes. I didnt get a call so I assumed they were still working on the 3 in the chairs and 1 lady in front of me. Walked in at 4:45pm. They were helping a completely different client that was not there when I checked in. They skipped over me and never attempted to call me, then said it would be another "maybe 20 minutes." I have had great experiences here with other personnel in the past which is why I came back, but after this experience I will never return.
