I asked for a lighter color dark brown hair.. after the color, my hair was still wet and I looked like I had a carrot top with black ends.. it was worse when it dried..I have to wear my hair up for a couple weeks till I can have it properly fixed..

Hair Cut was reduced to 15 mins as I had a nearby 12pm appointment. I still paid. If someone had called me ahead of time we could have worked something into my schedule. Not sure what you all think but I can deal with 10/15 even 20 mins but this was not cool. I factored 20 minute delay but not 40.
