- LVL VAug 8, 20251.0I am so furious never been treated so bad and THE MANANAGER THAT MORNING MADE ME FEEL sooo uncomfortable that I wanted to leave right away after I paid for a blow dryer even before the lady started working on my hair .This is what happened.I went for a blow dryer wanted to pay right away to make sure they got paid even before she started.So ok all fine approved so let's go to blow dry..The manager starts her harassing oh you can leave a tip after Ok.I know.Instead if shutting up as I am sitting on the chair she starts to blow dry the stupid woman the manager goes all over loud in the salon oh you know we work for tips you can leave a tip after.Stupid idiot I am paying with credit card the blow dryer obviously I am tight in money I can't always afford a tip.OH MY GOD !!!!SO damn loud in front of all people there customers to hear.I was tight in money .I had to apologize to the lady doing my hair . Literally told her I am ready to walk out after I paid before she started blow drying .I was so madd because this manager so pushy for tip.Well she finishes blower was not great to be honest I had to run out late for work and someone screams honey I was focused on rushing I am late.MAM YOU DON'T force people to give tips when they DON'T have the extra money to spare. .I been there many times for years never a problem TILL THIS DAMN DAY and I HAVE TIPPED before always WHEN I CAN.You RUDE treating people like a walking wallet.You literally force a customer out with your attitude.NEVER EVER TREAT People like that YOU DON'T KNOW THEIR finances situation Please change that manager right away!!!!!!!!!! GET me corporate number this was awful way to push and force people.You work you get paid if you get a tip great if not ok too YOU DON'T DO THIS!!!!.The fact that you go to a salon doesn't MEAN you are swimming in money .I will never step in there again after going so many years and NEVER a problem.Your attitude was really really wrong.I want corporate number and I want this issue resolved RIGHT AWAY!!!!I demand a solution her treatment was terrible

I quietly advised Marisol about this and she was the kindest person about it. I asked her to cut my hair as quick as possible and she was so fast and efficient. I cannot begin to express my sincere gratitude towards her and the Great Clips team at this location. The whole experience was so worth with and that couldn't have been accomplished without the help and support of Marisol. Thank you so so much for everything! Highly recommended and will be coming back for my next haircut!
