    Scheduled appointment for 1130am. Arrived for appointment @ 1128am. Was told by receptionist, my scheduled stylist, Lorraine was on her way. Waited until 1145am. As I am walking out, Lorraine arrives and informs me she had to put up some food, that's why she is late. Asked to speak with a manager, who did not show up. Unprofessional. Prices on products are good.

    I asked the women who cut my 8 year old hair if she knew how to do a wolf cut , she told me yes she has done it before! We showed her the photo of the young lady with black hair I've added with the others . Not only does her hair look nowhere close to what my daughter asked for it is a way to short ! My poor baby grew her hair out for this cut and I made the wrong choice salon's! I remember getting my hair done at jcp when I was a young girl and always leaving feeling beautiful that's why I brought my daughter.. I wish the women who did her hair had just said she didn't know what to do or how to do a wolf cut ! And to make things worse she kept saying how good it looked ? Lady my baby came in with gorgeous locks down to her bottom and you cut off a ponytail of it the moment I looked down at my phone ! I'm mad ,my daughter is heartbroken and jcp has lost any and all of our families business for well ..forever! Please teach stylist to tell the truth when it comes to a style/cut they've never done before .
