This lady absolutely was not a trained hair stylist. She went at my hair with multiple scissors of various kinds, and when she was done, my hair was an absolute disaster. To short, but only in spots. There was a big gap down almost to the scalp on the left side. Nothing was uniform. Nothing I can do but let it grow out. Update. The Store manager called and wanted to make this right. I went up and she gave me a card to get a recut at a later date when it grew out enough to fix it. That was today about 3 weeks later. She did the recut herself and was EXTREMELY through in looking everything over and then coming up with a plan to fix it. When she was finished, it was perfect! She then gave me another free haircut coupon for the trouble. Great Job. I've always had good haircuts there. This one was a Fluck, but they made it right!
