She made me feel uncomfortable that all I wanted to do is walked out of the place. Maybe I am used of hairdresser who interact with the customer and made me comfortable and not be embarrassed . I came there to make me feel better and walk out happy but unfortunately it was not the case. Her customer service is terrible . I think her name is Kenzie. Although it was bad , I still have a tip.I went to oakleaf commons branch.
