I’ve always had good experiences at this location until I had a brief exchange with the manager, who was very unprofessional and rude.

We should be able to come into the store and freely feel comfortable to buy here and when I discuss this with my peers at work, they felt the same stating that she has a rude attitude when it comes to responding in a very, sarcastic way, which is unnecessary and very unprofessional for business I hope someone sees this and address it because as of from now we all have a greed to go elsewhere just not to have to deal with her. And when I asked her if she was a licensed cosmetologist, she said yes and then I heard her tell someone else that she wasn’t. I see this lady is a big problem to the business hopefully it could be address.
- CTCooking With Ms TeeMay 20, 20221.0I have been coming here for years, however hadn’t been here in about 5,6 months. The lady that’s on the shift today 5/20/22 @5:55pm wasn’t nice at ALL! I really think she didn’t want to say anything to me nor help me! She had a very nonchalant attitude, I almost have never pulled the race card in my life but if I had to I would pull it today! Everyone one else that has worked for them that I’ve known has been extremely nice, welcoming and helpful especially the young lady that always have the beautiful colored hair! I hope and pray that this lady gets it today or I will just strictly go to Cosmo which is right next door to avoid coming here.

She acted like it was a bother to stop making her phone calls and take our money. When she realized we were paying separately she got even worse. Alot of kind people out here want jobs and this young lady cant even be polite for 10 minutes. She had no name tag on but had black hair and a facial piercing.

Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
