  Barbie did a wonderful job putting highlights in my hair today...she did not rush and was very polite... my husband loves my new look....he keeps smiling at me which makes me feel pretty...ty Barbie.

  I had a wonderful experience in this hair cutlery, especially with Yasnahia and the Manag I forgot her name nice and wonderful people work there. My daughter is Autistic and they Treated her like a queen. Her hair came out beautiful she got compliments every were she want . I also had my eyebrows done by an older lady, and every one in my family ask me were did I get them ❤ I truly Recommend this store ,im so happy. 😊

  Was able to get in quickly for an appointment online and out within 30 minutes. Victoria was super sweet and friendly, was able to understand what I wanted and gave me a gorgeous haircut!

  Literally received THE WORST haircut of my life today from Cora at the Orange City location. Out of pure embarrassment and not wanting to cause a scene I paid and left as fast as possible. There should be a code in this industry to stop someone from screwing up a persons hair this badly. How could anyone not have seen what was going on from behind and not say something. This happened not to long ago to my daughter here and now me. Both times I had to go to another salon and pay again to have someone fix what was does. This will be the last time.

  My hair is wayyy shorter than it was supposed to be. Can’t even put it up in a pony tail to try an do anything with it. Looks absolutely nothing like the reference picture. And even with the reference picture, I told her I wanted it to be longer and showed her what I did not want it to go above, which was a couple inches past my shoulders. Was uneven with bags I couldn’t do anything with. Now I’ll be crying for months till it grows back. Went back and had it “fixed” which it looks much better now and the other girl did awesome but should have never had to go through all this. I attached a before picture, reference picture, after picture and then a fixed the picture. ** I talked to somebody on the phone about what happened which is why I was asked to come back in so they could look at my hair and fix it. I have also tried to call Jessica back a couple times. The line was busy and when it finally did ring and go through, it was automated telling me that everyone was busy and couldn’t take the call and asking if it can send me a link so I can sign up for an appointment online. And after going through that in a loop four times I hung up and called again later and finally got through and Jessica was busy. I was told I’d be getting a call back from you. So I am waiting on that.
