    I went to Sephora today to pick up free gift for my birthday. I wanted to purchase two items but they did not have the right price on the products. I took the products up to the counter only to find out they were way more expensive than the price they had under these products. Well if course I was disappointed so I di not purchase them. The employees at this store in Orange City FL need to be trained better. They walk around in the store and treat you like you're invisible!! So unfriendly!!! Sephora do better with your employees PLEASE. I like shopping at this store sometimes, but the poor service is slowly turning me away.😕

    2 stars only because I like the fact that we actually HAVE a Sephora in OC. This location is horrible though! They are never stocked with anything I come to get. Always out of stock with makeup. The selection here is always a waste of time. I always end up going somewhere else to get what I need.

    I haven’t had a good experience in this one yet.. everytime I go in there the workers are so caught up in either doing their makeup or talking.. tonight I went in there and the one girl said hi and then the rest of the time they were full into their conversation. Now I usually don’t care at all but then I go to check out and neither of them like ask if I found everything alright or legit ANYTHING they just carried on their conversation the whole time I checked out.. I hate to be a Karen but they need some customer service training in there..

    This Kohl’s is the cleanest, organized, and has the nicest employees!! Ms Eleanor so pleasant!! The Sephora staff is also amazing. I highly recommend Kohl’s to my friends and family. Especially if you want great service! And great coupon options!
