  There’s this wonderful lady that works here... I forgot to ask her for her name, but she’s Latina and let me just tell you… That woman works soo hard running around nonstop and cares so much about each and every one of her customers. She is so helpful and knowledgeable and friendly. This Sephora location is lucky to have her because she made my experience nice enough to where I’ll drive out of my way to this location, simply because of how friendly and helpful the staff is.

  Thank you to Sarai at Sephora in Kohl's, who assisted my mom with patience in finding the best skin care kit and various makeup items, all while juggling an aisle spill made by someone behind us, with a smile. And this is the third time there in a few months where I was thoroughly impressed by the obliging group of ladies, specifically Sasha last time and Bianca my first time. Such a great team there who take their time to help you find exactly what you're looking for. Also, there was a very sweet Kohl's worker at the furthest east entrance cash register who greeted us and provided directions for some items. In a world where we order more online these days, it's a pleasure to know when taking the time to drive 30 mins away I can get what I ventured out for and receive awesome customer service. =)
