  The haircut was not what I wanted. I came in with blonde and wanted to stay with that color and the color she gave me was not even close and did not fade like she said it would. Spent a lot of money and didn’t get anything I wanted. Won’t be back!!

  I was checking my daughters hair before we left and questioned some hair looked longer than others but was told it was because it was brought towards the front of her body.. once her hair dried and we got home I checked again and the whole underneath is longer then the top and all uneven but was supposed to be all one length. Used to go to Alyssa who was awesome but unfortunately she left and was no longer there so decided to try someone new but I definitely won’t be back..

  My hair is wayyy shorter than it was supposed to be. Can’t even put it up in a pony tail to try an do anything with it. Looks absolutely nothing like the reference picture. Now I’ll be crying for months till it grows back.

  I had such an amazing experience with Robin. I honestly came into the salon feeling embarrassed and ashamed about my hair. I had tried bleaching it myself and completely destroyed it — my hair literally turned into cotton candy. For the last five months I’ve been wearing the exact same bun because there was no other way to style it. When I walked in, Robin greeted me with the sweetest attitude and immediately made me feel comfortable. Before we even washed my hair, I stopped and explained everything that had happened and how bad my hair had gotten. Instead of making me feel worse, she was incredibly kind, understanding, and reassuring. Robin made me feel so much better about the situation and gave me confidence that she was going to help me walk out looking my best. Her kindness and professionalism meant so much to me, and she truly turned what felt like a hopeless hair situation into something positive. If you’re looking for someone who is not only talented but also genuinely caring and supportive, Robin is the person to see. I’m so grateful for her and the way she made me feel that day. I love my new haircut!!

  I received a text offering 50% a haircut that I set up for my mother who is on a fixed income. I verified the cost would be $16 for the service (minus any tip). My mom proceeds to get her hair washed and cut (which looks ok but nothing like the inspiration photo) and when that was complete she was asked if she would like it blowdried to which she responded yes. She knew this would add a small upcharge, but didn't want to leave all wet. When looking online, the price for a wash, cut and blowdry is $42 with this stylist. Her $32 dollar hair cut ($16 after the discount) was rung in as $72. You can imagine the sticker shock. $40 extra dollars to have her hair blowdried. She quietly paid and left, but felt manipulated and definitely overcharged for what she walked out of there with. Overall just disappointing that I tried to do something nice to treat her to something she doesn't do very often, and it left her feeling icky about the addition charges without clarification. Please be more clear in your pricing upfront.
