Called the salon yesterday around 3:30 PM. Spoke to an actual person and made haircutting appointments for my mom and daughter for 9 AM today. Today we were running a little late because of heavy traffic, so I called to say we’re running late and they said they saw our appointments and that was fine. Once we get there, a lady starts asking all sorts of questions like how did we book it? Did we book it online? Did we speak to a person? Then she tells us we don’t have appointments. Then she said, well you do have an appointment, but there’s no people here to cut your hair. The people scheduled to cut your hair don’t come in till this afternoon. You must’ve booked online. No we didn’t book online. We spoke to an actual person. Well we have a new system. I didn’t want to argue. I just wanted answers and to know if they could cut their hair. Their sign says walk-ins welcome, even though we had 9 AM appointment. She said no they couldn’t cut their hair.
I do not recommend this place. We drove over 35 minutes to get there just to find out that Yes we have appointments but nobody can cut their hair. For the person to insinuate that we booked it wrong. And even though they accept walk-ins that they still couldn’t cut their hair. I do not recommend this place, go somewhere else! They weren’t even trying to be helpful or understanding.

I have a lot of anxiety when it comes to getting my hair cut. I put it off far longer than I should because you never know if you are going to be with someone who listens to what you want, and can actually give it to you. I found someone who could do both at Hair Cuttery. Tammy was so nice and she did such an amazing job cutting and styling my hair. It is by far the best haircut I have had in years. The salon is a bit on the pricier side, but it's worth every cent. I never felt like my appointment was being rushed through in order to get to someone else, like I have at other salons. She took her time and the end result showed it.
I also was running late for my appointment and when I called it was handled with such care, no problem at all, "If I push you back 15-minutes will that give you enough time to get here?" Yes, thank you! I don't like wasting people's time and I felt so bad that I had gotten a little bit lost on my way there. I appreciated that little bit of grace so much.
I had such a wonderful experience here and I look forward to having them do my hair for many years to come.

I don’t think I’ve ever cried this much because of a haircut in years. I don’t even have photos because if I didnt even wanna see my hair. Asked for 2 inches off, long layers, and a side swept bang. The lady was genuinely so passive aggressive and rude. I think she was just grabbing random pieces of hair and just doing whatever. When she was “done” I told her it was too blunt, and uneven. She then went in and just started cutting off more and more just ruining my hair. The cherry on top is telling me how long, thick, and nice my hair was while actively destroying my hair. Since I have thick hair I was asking questions like if she was gonna use thinning scissors and everytime I suggested something my other hairstylist done (which I have had good haircuts from) she was dismissing the idea and being so weird about it. Anyway I paid and tipped and left in tears. She did offer for a fix later in the week but I refused and said I’d fix it myself. Never ever going back.

Been getting my haircut here for awhile now. Most of the women are amazing. Gina takes her time and makes sure it’s perfect before she lets you leave. Won’t go anywhere else at this point. Does a great job with beards as well. Cant recommend enough

It was my first time there. I was a walk-in, everyone said hello when the door opened, and I was promptly checked in. I didn’t wait much, Pamela greeted me and asked me what I needed to get done in a very courteous and efficient manner. She was a pleasure to talk to and provided me not only great service but cut my hair just how I wanted it. Will come back from now on. Thank you!
