I came here to purchase a new electric trimmer and some hair care products as I've been cutting my own hair for several years. I was turned away at the register, which didn't make much sense to me, because I just turned around and bought the exact same trimmer and hair care product for $65 less from my phone while sitting in their parking lot after being turned away. Overall staff is okay, decent selection of products. You can find better deals online, but if you're a salon professional and you need professional products same day, it's a probably a nice place to have nearby.

Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
