I checked into the salon 5 mins before my appointment and nobody was at the counter, a few mins later an associate on her way out of the salon asked if she could help and I told her I what I was there for and she told me to sit down and someone with be with me shortly. As I waited 3 different associates walked by me multiple times and not one of them aknowledged my presence. After 10 mins one finally turned around from the computer and asked why I was there. I told her I have been waiting 15 mins for my appointment! She went in the back to check with the stylist that was suppose to do my hair and she returned only to tell me it would be another 15 to 20 mins! This is unheard of for any place that has appointment, never wasting my time here again.
