I only spoke with Julie on the phone and she was so helpful and listened to my hair goals and concerns, and she was certain that Daphne was the right fit for me. The fact that the stylists care about the client enough to make sure they are matched up properly, says alot. Any other salon would have just grabbed me first come, first serve and who knows what would have happened to my hair then. Now let's get to Ms. Daphne...wow! She put all my fears to rest and helped me move from dyed red hair to light blonde with incredible highlights and tones throughout. She made sure to take care of my hair through treatments and gentle lifting processes so my hair wouldn't get damaged or frail in the process. She walked me through every single step, and paid careful attention to my hair as we watched how it reacted during the lifting process. If something didn't react how we wanted it, she was quick to redirect and help ensure I walked out with the results I asked for. Further she listened to my thoughts for my haircut, and she gave me a killer layered cut that works for me and my lifestyle. Lastly, Daphne is so charming and kind, and you can tell this is her passion! She is forever my colorist/stylist going forward. Can't wait to return to her in a few weeks.

Even the direction of the cut is different than we requested for our little guy. The shop was not as clean as other locations and has a roof leak/tarp/trash buckets catching water. I was also charged for a child’s hair shampoo +conditioner… but did not receive shampoo/conditioner service. Unfortunately will not be returning to this location in the future.
