She used the scissors in a very unconventional way jumping from side to side, leaving me feeling a little uncomfortable. I felt like she wasn’t really qualified to be considered a stylist.

- DLDerek LacyAug 25, 20253.0Usually have a great experience at this location. Older white lady (same as a previous comment) cut my son’s hair. We requested a 1 on the side trim the top. I kid you not she tried to start his fade at the dead middle of his ear. A low fade doesn’t even start until the top of the ear. And we didn’t specify the fade, so it should have been even higher at the mid fade level. We then had her redo the hair, she then argued I was ordering a high and tight, even though I certainly was not. She kinda fixed the fade line and actually trimmed the top after such cajoling. We will be back, but to hopefully meet a different stylist. Final note, I did say to her that every barber knows where to start a fade, she was very quick to reply she is not a barber. I suggest she sticks to ladies cuts.
