  Took my daughter here as an early birthday present for her 18th birthdat. I have been here twice for hair cuts and didn’t have any issues. Well after two hours of Darceen cutting my daughters hair( she wanted a trim and thinning out due to thick hair) my daughters hair was really short. A lot shorter than she wanted but I didn’t say anything because I figured it would grow back soon. My daughter said stylist kept saying how thick her hair is. When we got home my daughter was looking in the mirror and realized her hair was uneven and one side is shorter than the other. So I suggested she straighten in to see if that helps it look better. While helping her straighten it I discovered pieces in the back of my daughter’s head that were only 1 inch long! And more than one piece like she just cut a whole chunk of hair off in the back of her head! My daughter’s hair is past her shoulders so this looks horrible. I am not one to complain but this is ridiculous! My daughter was in tears when we were at home and I spent the last two days trying to help her make it look decent enough. One side is definitely longer than the other. I usually don’t review and point out mistakes like this but this was absolutely a nightmare.

  Nathalia is amazing!! She takes her time and makes sure you are getting what you want. My niece and I both had our hair done this time and could have asked for a better hairstylist.
