- YGyasmin gonzalez2 days ago1.0bad haircut , even I showed to the hairstylist the hair cut on a photo and told her to cut on the back 6 centimeters , she cut 4 inches and the hair has one side longer that the other side went there , so they can fix it and they refuse it. So much hostility , I never experienced in a hair salon.

I was asking her what she was doing and needs to stop the front of my hair is so uneven.the Manger came over and said there wasn't much she could do unless she cut it shorter. Yes I did ask what she was doing and why she wasn't wetting my hair. I even asked if this place was for men's hair cuts.. she said no and that she does a lot of women's haircuts. She had me turned in the chair that's why I could see a lot of what she was doing. I saw a lot of hair an the floor and I couldn't believe it. . I would be happy to send pictures if needed.

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
