- ESEin Sa4 days ago1.0I went there yesterday to get a haircut and highlights, and the lady named Stephanie has me beyond upset. If I didn’t have a trip out of state, I would go BACK AND HAVE THEM REDO IT BUT NEEVER AGAIN GOING THERE!!. She didn’t even finish my haircut. She showed me the back of my hair, but I knew she was purposely not showing the very bottom, so I thought everything was OKAY, plus it was dark. I didn’t have my eyeglasses on at the time because I needed both a haircut and highlights, so I had taken them off. After 24 hours, tonight I finally noticed what she did on the back. She was horrible, I have NEVER had such a ridiculous haircut.. I’m so UPSET and beyond DISAPPOINTED about what she did. It seems like she didn’t know what she was doing. She could have just been honest with me and told me the truth if she didn’t know how to do it, I even showed her the pics I had couple times for a low fade taper cut, and honestly she shouldn’t be licensed. How did she even get her license with her crappy work like that? RIDICULOUS. Beware of a lady named STEPHANIE!!! I paid $110 for her useless work that I have to get it redone ASAP!! I always had my hair done by the nice guy, but sadly he no longer works there.

The girl that was assigned to me had to borrow clippers and be coached every step of the way. Didn't bother me but I kinda was in a rush, she kindly offered to do extras like trim eye brows ect. I kindly refused. The part I didn't agree with was at check out there was no discount like started outside but a price jump to a SPECIALTY hair cut that is $31. I got a simple fade with no extras so $20-25 maybe but not 31. I was in there for 15mi. And half that time was her taking hair cutting lessons. Probably won't ever go here again

She greeted me at the door and I immediately liked her. I was getting a lot of greys in my hair and needed a shaping. I have a lot of hair and it has natural curls. She looked up the color Katrina used and together we decided to go a tad darker. Well, Leila did an excellent job on my color and cut! I love the way my hair looked when she was done. She was fun too! I will definitely be going back to her for touch ups on my color and trims. Thanks Leila. ♥️
