Temper temper. I had a good hair cut with Erin, but she blew the whole experience at the end. I asked if I could check it before leaving and found a few pieces she missed on both sides. No big deal and an easy fix. Her demeanor changed and she argued with me that a long layer will be like that. But no, a few missed pieces that are 2 or 3" longer than all ends is just a honest mistake that she should have simply fixed. She grudgingly fixed the left but then argued again about the right, so I picked up her scissors because they were right in front of me and she lost her mind. Her demeanor changed again and I watched a switch flip. She snatched tgem out of my hand and told me they are $1400.00 scissors and if I dropped them she'd have to sue me. She told me it's like if she walked into my house and started picking up my turquoise (I told her I used to collect but sold it all to pay bills). She looked different and her voice changed andshe was talking down to me. I immediately shut down and apologized because she was right beside me and I was stuck in between her chair and the shelf. I had to back away to get away from her, she was very aggressive. It was a little scary. I walked to check out, gave her $40 cash and left. She was then acting exageratedly nice, like I watched her personality shift 3 times. I called Nicole the manager and she told me they have liability issues. I told her it's not what you say but how you say it. People have a right to not have angry people in their face when working in close proximity to each other. It was 3 hours ago and I'm still rattled. I honestly don't think it will be addressed because Nicole sided with her angry employee. Craziness!

Erin is awesome! I hadn’t been to a salon in years and usually don’t go. But upon trying it out and meeting Erin, she managed my hair so effortlessly (which my hair is hard to manage). Everything I wanted for my hair she was able to do. As someone who never usually went to the salon, she’s the reason I’ll be going back to her routinely!

Hannah did a wonderful job! Way better than other any other stylist we have gone to in years. She did my daughters hair exactly how we imagined it! She did better than long time experienced hair dressers! My daughter loves it! We will be booking with only hannah for now on!

After my review was posted, I received a very sincere message from one of the assistants. She apologized and offered a refund of the 50%. I wasn't able to go in over the weekend, so when I came back in, the assistant manager sweetly refunded me the $15.50. Thank you, Hair Cuttery for rectifying the issue.

Usually get great cuts there. Haven't been able to fit haircuts in my budget for awhile and was surprised when I received a text for 50% off a hair cut. I quickly responded back because my daughter just had a birthday (the big 10) and I thought it would be a nice gift. The lady was nice. My daughter likes her cut but when we went to the counter to pay she told another associate "she got a text for 50% off. I don't think so." As if I wasn't there right in front of her. She said it was $31. I asked her if she was serious and she said yes for a cut and shampoo. I have laryngitis and am in no condition to argue as my voice barely works. I paid the lady, gave her a $5 tip and left. We will not be back to this location. The only reason I went was because it would have been half off. $31 for a trim is ridiculous. The dishonesty and blatant disrespect are unacceptable.
