I feel like the hair stylist doesn’t listen to the customer at all and just does whatever they want. I hate my haircut and it looks like I didn’t even get my hair done. Only snipped few hairs and charged me $45. Told the stylist more than three times to please cut my layers and trim at least an inch or more off. My hair doesn’t look like she cut anything off at all. My layers in the back are still really long and look uneven and awful.

I took my best friend to get her hair cut as a Christmas gift, and Gina was very obviously passive aggressive and judgemental the entire time. Not only did she put in leave in conditioner without asking, and blatantly insulted my best friends choices with her hair, but asked about our personal lives (in what we thought was an effort to make friendly conversation) and reacted with disapproving side eyes and comments. Any time she was met with a circumstance or choice she wouldn't personally make, she made us feel as though we were stupid for not living like white women who grew up in the 70s. Never going again, the haircut wasn't even that good. Avoid this place if you can.
