The stylist is usually courteous but doesn’t always know how to treat my hair. Well, the Winter Garden stylist knows what he’s doing. Color, cut, style are always indicative of his 39 years of experience perfection.
- MMMandy Morgan6 days ago5.0Kelly is the best, she understand exactly what I need and delivers every time. That said, the washing bowl is awful. I have a lump in my neck now and it hurts. The new makeover is a little clinical, needs some color in the walls and please please Please get new bowls.

This was my first time working with her—I was originally scheduled with a different stylist, but both that stylist and the manager recommended Ebony, and I’m so glad they did. She handled everything—color, trim, and style—and truly brought it all together. My color looks fresh and exactly how I wanted it, the trim gave my hair new life, and the style was the perfect finish. I left feeling confident and loving my hair. Highly recommend her!

There is usually someone available so appointments are readily available. A big negative is price shown on website when you book an appointment with a stylist can be significantly higher at checkout. This has happened to me twice, specifically when booking a signature cut and blowout. Stated $59 and I was charged $72 as I was given a signature cut and DELUXE blowout. I should have been asked or told about it before starting. I shouldn’t be surprised by cost at checkout.
