I decided to give my hair a trim so I booked on appointment with Claudia the manager, she was very quick with the haircut and not truly paying attention instead trying to push sales with products got home and tried to style my hair as usual the back had long pieces and the front one side a lot longer, I called to have it fixed she stated she was off for 2 days to come see Lesley which I did nothing changed one side in the front was still longer so after paying $70 plus tip that she automatically asked for I pay $90 dollars without getting my hair done right. I will never reccomend this place I had to go pay more money to have it fixed sorry but this was very unprofessional and I will never bring my business there I should probably demand my money back plus what I paid to have it fixed do better Hair Cuttery hire competent people not just a body I had to cut my hair shorter very dissapointed.
