The lady did literally whatever she wanted and cut it above his eyebrows. After I complained she told me a light trim was an inch(since when).. His hair is also uneven in front and back now. We will not be returning here again due to someone simply not listening to what they were asked off. They did not charge us for the butchery so at least they were decent about that.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
