When I arrived, I asked if they could add on a blow-dry so I don’t have to leave with wet hair, which I’ve done at this same location before. There were two hair stylists present. I was told no because they were “understaffed” and had other customers coming in and didn’t have time. That wasn't true, as the shop was completely empty the entire time I was there and I checked their online scheduling system and no one was booked for at least an hour. After I walked out, the staff sat down and started chatting with each other as if they had all the time in the world. All I needed was a blow dry. This felt like an excuse, not a staffing issue. I won’t be returning to this location.

Annette messed his hair up so bad that another coworker that was off-shift asked if he was happy with his cut. When he said no she immediately led him back in to fix up. On the other hand Annette was giggling and chatting it up with another coworker that had noticed how bad the cut was as well. we love the woman that took the time to fix whatever was so funny to them.
