I'm an aesthetician and initially went in with the intention of purchasing a facial mask I had seen on the app. She asked me if I needed any help. I showed her a picture of the mask and they did not have it in stock. I have been curious about doing my own roots for a while, to be more self-efficient as I'm trying to budget. She responded with authentic, warm empathy which is a rarity in the retail world nowadays. I went close to closing time, not knowing I would end up asking questions about my roots. She stayed an extra 15 minutes taking the time to explain to me a simple way I can do my own roots, and she even guided me step by step, and helped me pick a shade for me. She took into consideration my budget, whilst still providing excellent recommendations. Thank you for making my day, Shelsie!

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?
Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.

In order to shop with SalonCentric, you must be a licensed salon professional or cosmetology student and have an account with SalonCentric. If you don't currently shop with SalonCentric, you can apply for an account at any of our store locations or on our website.
