From the start, they offered some yummy wellness water, the chair in the consultation room was very comfortable, the zero gravity chairs in the treatment suites were AMAZING, and they offer lavender hot towels and cooling eye masks! Finally, Taylor (the RN) was very knowledgeable about their products and is a wonderful nurse. The business owner himself was there helping deliver top tier service. I would recommend visiting Prime IV in Niceville!

I wasn’t sure what I was walking into as I’ve never done this before - I walked in not feeling very well, feeling dehydrated, tired and drained and walked out feeling much better, more alert, and refreshed! I genuinely felt great the rest of the day! Every detail from the infused water, the relaxing chairs, the socks & cozy blankets, the Himalayan salt walls, the oxygen, warm towels and amazing massage chairs- it all made for the perfect experience!

They were kind enough to let us not only go through with it last minute, but also included a free massage for me while I waited on her. It’s a very calm and peaceful environment and the staff treated us very well. 10/10 this location is the bomb!

She took the time to listen to how I was feeling and customized an IV bag specifically for what I needed. I could tell she really knew her stuff.she explained everything clearly and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the whole process. On top of being incredibly knowledgeable, Taylor was so sweet and genuinely caring. Thanks to her, I left feeling so much better. Highly recommend this place and definitely recommend asking for Taylor!
