  After deciding to try out getting an IV and see if it makes a difference versus vitamins and sleeping aids, I found the Prime iV in Niceville and made a call. Mike, the owner, happened to answer and I had quite a few questions about pricing and how it worked. I was satisfied with his answers so made an appointment later in the day. When i showed up, I was happily greeted by Vanessa who took me under her wing and explained everything again. We went over options of various ideas for IV's and Injections and came to an agreement of what she recommended and what I wanted. The chair was great, the atmosphere was quiet, she kept the water glass full and checked on me quite often while the IV did its thing. i am 100% satisfied with this location.. I decided which monthly plan i wanted and i look forward to seeing how a long term every two week visit will change my mood, sleep ability, stress level and overall wellbeing.

  I just tried Prime IV in Niceville for the first time, and I’m honestly blown away. I expected to simply walk in, get an IV, and leave—but it was so much more than that. The entire experience felt thoughtful, relaxing, and incredibly well done from start to finish. The nurse took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel completely comfortable. When he started my IV, I barely felt a thing—it was one of the easiest sticks I’ve ever had. After that, they brought me back to a semi private area with the most comfortable massage chair I’ve ever sat in. The room was peaceful, dim, and cozy, and within minutes I was fully relaxed. I actually fell asleep with an IV in my arm, which never happens because it usually takes me forever to fall asleep. That alone tells you how calming the whole experience was. I left feeling refreshed, taken care of, and honestly wishing I’d gone sooner.

  I went here for a girls’ night and had the best experience! From the moment we walked in, it felt more like a luxury spa than an IV lounge. The atmosphere is so calming and relaxing, with beautiful décor and the most amazing massage chairs that made it hard to leave! The staff was incredibly professional and welcoming, they really took the time to customize our IVs based on what each of us needed. You can tell they use high-quality IV solutions, and I felt rejuvenated almost instantly. Between the soothing ambiance, top-notch customer service, and overall attention to detail, this place has truly elevated the IV experience. I can’t recommend it enough—perfect for self-care or a fun and refreshing girls’ night out! 💧✨

  I’ve had many wellness IVs in various south Walton establishments so I thought I knew what to expect. I was so wrong. Prime was like a spa day, with a good friend. Taylor was an absolute gem of a human, with good chat and a gentle hand. She advised me on what was the best IV for what I was needing, and expertly placed the cannula (I usually bruise and it’s 3 days later with zero bruising). She led us to a cozy room and they got us set up on the massage chairs with warm blankets and warm towels. The entire experience felt like a giant hug. Post IV left me feeling much better, total game changer refresher. Im so glad I walked in on a whim. We will be considering the membership for future and I won’t bother going back to any other IV place from now on.

  I was a bit nervous to try this service, but after months of pain, sleepless nights and being miserable, I was desperate to try anything. Kurt was very welcoming and patient in answering all my questions. He did not push,.which made me feel more comfortable. On the day of my appointment, Justin was absolutley amazing and explained what would be a good start for me. He made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process. The first thing I noticed is my headache was gone by the time I completed the treatment. This was huge for me since I almost always have a headache. I am very much looking forward to seeing how I feel over the next couple of weeks. I will defintiley return.
