  Cassie did an amazing job! My hair was extremely overdue for a trim and she got me taken care of right away. Very professional and fun to talk to.

  I went in yesterday and I had my neighbor with me a 78 year old disabled individual who is a very dear friend. It was busy and we wound up waiting for over and hour and a half. We finally get my neighbor in a chair just to have the person tell me she couldn't cut her hair. I asked her what was going on. She stated she found something on her comb. I asked her if it was lice and she stated it was. So instead of telling her client she couldnt do it and the real reason why she just stated she couldn't cut it because of something she found on her comb. Instead of talking to her and trying to make her feel better she treated her like a periah then rushed to pack her things up and left the salon! . Then y'all treated me and my son the same way. Like we were all diseased. Checking my son's head etc. Even though I told her we don't live in the same house and we don't share the same products etc. needless to say it was unprofessional to say the least. Not to mention pretty inhumane. I watched it all go down and in the end she ended up extremely embarrassed and hurt. My son also embarrassed you treated her that way. He was stunned to say the least and heard every with u said. That to me is unacceptable and was unnecessary. Turns out she has an allergic reaction. To the a medication she was taking. She is seeing another dermatologist on Tuesday for the condition. But . It isnt lice and now she has a diagnosis and is not just guessing like ur employee We will not be back. None of us will be. It sucks because I thought this was a good and decent place. After yesterday and the treatment we received not so much. So. Don't take anyone u know there thinking it'll be fine. Like I did. And have this happen again. That lady is like my own mother. She's a very dear friend. And u hurt her yesterday. She's also a human being and u could have treated her as such. My son is angry at what u did. He watched and heard u all talking crap about her. So. If that's how u run ur salon . And how u treat people for real. U can forget us every coming back. How dare you. You didn't have the right to hurt her like you did. Not to mention when we walked in it were arguing with a client and causing a huge scene as well with that. You lost me my neighbor and her friends and family. my friends and family and probably the girls your tried to argue with while I was standing in line trying to checked in about pricing. I was embarrassed that I even brought my friend up there to get the cut done after all that transpired. And im embarrassed because I thought better of the people and the establishment. Never again. I should have known better. But I took a chance and was not only disappointed but now I'm angry as well as I recommended ur salon to her. I wound up apologizing to her and taking her home. She was very very upset. She's 78 years old. That's how u treated her. Horribly. Never again.

  I appreciate the fact that we were able to get right in with minimal waiting. However, the actual haircut was less to be desired. Very uneven, and a ton of missed hair. Thankfully I was able to fix it at home. Not worth $37 that’s for sure! 2nd time we have tried and this is not our place!
